Greenwood Village Mews is a unique Retirement Village comprising 68 units, each of which is individually owned on a strata title. There are 25 x 9 square and 43 x 12 square units. The Village is set in park like surroundings, with a pond and magnificently sculptured gardens.

Its central park has a rotunda with picnic facilities and an electric barbeque, all of which is free for residents to use as a meeting place for family and friends.

Each unit has a garage or carport and a small private backyard where owners can create their own outdoor living area. Most backyards are paved and include a small garden.

Units can only be purchased by owners aged over 55 years of age and must be occupied by owners.
