ABOUT GREENWOOD VILLAGE MEWS

Greenwood Village Mews is a unique Retirement Village comprising 68 units, each of which is individually owned on a strata title. There are 25 x 9 square and 43 x 12 square units The Village is set in park like surroundings, with a pond and magnificently sculptured gardens.

Its central park has a rotunda with picnic facilities and an electric barbeque, all of which is free for residents to use as a meeting place for family and friends.

Each unit has a garage or carport and a small private backyard where owners can create their own outdoor living area. Most backyards are paved and include a small garden. Some residents have used some of this space to build a study or extra room.

A Community Lounge is the hub of many social events, such as indoor bowls, happy hour, bingo, snooker, and a lot more. The lounge can also be used by residents for personal private functions, free of charge, on the application.

This large lounge is where the regular movie nights are held and the library is located here, with a free loan service for DVDs and books.

Units can only be purchased by owners aged over 55 years of age and must be occupied by them.
